Twitter promotes itself as a diverse workforce with a transparent culture with flexible work-life balance policies. Backing that up, the company has long been a proponent of remote work long before the coronavirus forced most companies in to allowing work from home on a regular basis. On Glassdoor and Indeed, employees overwhelmingly say they like where they work. Reviews on Glassdoor often mention that the company has great culture and people and lots of opportunity to grow. 88% of reviewers say they approve of CEO Jack Dorsey and 83% say they would recommend the company to a friend. On the flip side, some of the cons mentioned often are that the company faces growing pains as a result of their rapid growth and that there is lots of turnover and changes in direction/focus.
