SEGA GENESIS vs PLAYSTATION 4 PRO

My video game journey started with the Atari. A friend of mine had one and it was awesome! My mom bought me a TI-99 computer that also played video games. The TI-99 didn't have as many games, but it had all of the most popular games and that was good enough for me.

Fast forward to the late 80's and early 90s, it was the Nintendo vs Sega era. I personally preferred the Sega because John Madden football on Sega was better than the Nintendo version. The Sega and Nintendo domination was cut short with the introduction of the Sony Playstation. The Playstation games looked so lifelike and everything was so much faster. It would be six or seven of us sitting around waiting our turn to play the game, because there was no online gaming available at the time.

Now let's double fast forward to today's gaming experience. I own a Sony Playstation 4 Pro. Long gone are the days of friends all piling up in the living room or bed room playing the game. Everything has gone to an online gaming platform. Friends and total strangers can now play one another from anywhere in the world. You can trash talk via message or via your gaming headset. In a span of 30 years we've gone from face to face gaming to worldwide gaming, and with the introduction of virtual headset we'll soon think we are gaming in outer space.
