  Hey y'all! My name is Casandra and this is my first semester at UNT Dallas. I recently graduated from Trinidad Garza, and I look forward to having a great semester. I'm currently majoring in Communications but after my time at UNT Dallas, I hope to go to cosmetology school. I'm not a person that plans for the future to much, I kind of just see where life takes me and well here I am. Looking forward to see what UNT has for me, and hope that y'all are to!

My name is Adan Reyes. I am 20 years old! I am a junior at UNT Dallas. I am an aspiring filmmaker. I love to make travel videos! I started making videos almost 5 years ago and have loved it ever since. I do actually get paid for my work, in weddings and events. But my travel videos I make just for me and I hope one day, I'll be able to travel and make videos for a living. I am so passionate about it and video editing is just second nature to me now. I am majoring in Communications and Technology just in case my plan doesn't work out and I have something to fall on but for the most part, I spend my weekends taking small trips and making edits! I just love the learning aspect of making videos because there's always something to learn and improve on! Always.

Introduction

Happy Fall Semester, all! My name is Patrick Donalson and I am in my final year of coursework at UNT Dallas to complete my Bachelor's in Communications and Technology. It has been a long journey for me to get to this point. I originally started pursuing a degree at UNT in Denton in 2004. However, life got in the way and I had to drop out. I am enormously lucky that, over time, I was able to get to the point where I could dedicate time to coming back and finishing what I started. Outside of school, I have a full time job with software company here in Dallas and a husband and 15 month old son to keep me busy. Looking forward to learning some new things together.

 Hello, my name is Benjamin Candia. I'm currently a junior at UNT Dallas. I lived most of my life in North Dallas but recently moved to the southern part of Dallas. I'm going for my bachelor's in communication and technologies, as I really like working with computers, video/ photo editing, and other such things. Other than that, I like cars and playing video games in my free time.   

Jennifer Serrato Introduction

 Hello Professor and classmates. My name is Jennifer Serrato and I live in Dallas, Texas.  I will be working on my second degree on Communication and technology. I hope to use this degree and pursue in Broadcasting in sports.  My family is huge in sports, especially in baseball.  I have a picture of my grandfather when he played baseball, my grandfather is currently 95, so you can imagine how old that picture is.    I look forward in learning great things in this class. My name is Daniel Arellano, but I go by Jr, and I am majoring in Communications & Technology. I don’t really have any futures plans at the moment, but hopefully I’ll figure it out. I’ve been getting into golf recently even though I’m absolutely thrash at it, but I have fun playing. I love watching football, specifically the Dallas Cowboys, and I love trying new foods and going out to restaurants. Unfortunately, COVID has cancelled my plans of trying a ton of restaurants in Dallas, but as soon as this thing goes away then we’re right back to it! I’m very much looking forward to this class and everything this semester has in store.

I'm really excited and hopeful about this semester. I have done online classes before so it isn't a big transition. Although...this is just the first week. My name is Mariela and this is going to my first semester here at UNT Dallas. I graduated from high school with my associate's degree and will be pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychology. I enjoy playing games like the Sims 4 in my free time and watching shows on Hulu or Netflix. I would say that I do spend a bit of my time on social media using apps like Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter and I hope that this class will give me more insight into how the social media world operates.

 Hey, My name is D’Vante muse I am currently a senior a the University, and I am glad that school has started because I was running out of activities to do. The first week has been a little challenging for me because of me filing my Financial aid later that what I was suppose to, and also getting acclimated to thus on line learning. I have never been a fan for online, but when you have no other option you do what you have to do. I have great hopes for this semester, and hope that my classmates have a great semester as well. There are a lot of things going on in the world that can become a distraction, but my goal is to stay focused and complete the task at hand. So LETS DO IT

Getting to Know Madison (Introduction)

Hello everyone! 

My name is Madison Alexander, and this is my junior year at UNT Dallas! I am majoring in Communications & Technology with the hopes of being a social media manager. 

At the beginning of quarantine, I was struggling with finding a hobby that would not make me extremely bored! Which I am sure was a pretty common predicament. When I finally had enough of repeating almost identical days, I ended up starting a garden. I am currently growing tomatoes, peppers, squash, pumpkins and more! Surprisingly, I enjoy it a lot! I also started playing video games and painting. Even though my eyes hurt after playing video games and my paintings are awful, I'm glad that I am continuing to keep myself occupied!

I am a Communication major with a concentration in Film and digital media, I am also a photographer and videographer. I love movies and hope to one day make my own documentary on telling people's stories about their life and who they are, I believe everyone has a story to be told. I love basketball and sneakers, it's an expensive hobby but nothing smells better than a new pair of shoes. I'm looking forward to this class and am excited to get started.

My name is Steven, and I am pursuing my bachelors in Communication & Technology. Prior to becoming a student at UNTD, I helped host two YMCA Teen Summits on the UNTD campus a few years ago.

I don't watch a lot of movies or television programs other than sports or documentaries. I like sci-fi movies and superhero movies the most. As a kid I watched a lot of scary(horror) movies, so now I'm pretty much numb to them.

I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone and creating interesting content. This should be a fun class.
