Politician v. Celebrity

I chose to compare former United States representative Beto O’Rourke and actor Matthew McConaughey. Recently, Beto O’Rourke has been tweeting about voting registration deadlines, how to register, and the importance of voting. He also tweeted about his thoughts on the presidential debate. Overall, most of his tweets and retweets are political and do not involve any of his personal life. This is not surprising since he was a former representative .  When I scrolled through Matthew McConaughey’s account I saw tweets about his teaching life and his  personal life. He has also tweeted about voting registration. Most of his recent tweets are about his new book he wrote. He is promoting his virtual book tour that features guest appearances from other famous actors and actresses. Matthew McConaughey’s account shows his hobbies, personal life, and interests.
