Wikipedia in concept is a great idea and can be utilized as a powerful tool for spreading knowledge. Unforunately the reality is that anything on Wikipedia may not always be accurate. Due to the nature of the interent and this website inparticular, Wikipedia is open for editing to the public. Anyone around the world has access to create an account and edit a Wikipedia page. Now this doesn't mean you can't trust Wikipedia entirely. This merely means that everyone should be weary and diligent about information from from the website. Even with that slight exploitation being a possiblity the value that Wikipedia provides cannot be understated. Having valuable general information just a few clicks away is what makes Wikipedia so popular and useful. There are pages about world events, people, activities, concepts and many more that should be avliable to everybody.
