The meme is targeted at curators who post their content on social media. It gives insight into the power that the public has when determining curators' popularity and salary.  According to this meme, social capital is very relevant in the world of YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. There is shared reciprocity between the curator and the subscribers.
