The company I chose to talk about is iHeartRadio. I have heard mixed reviews over their work environment for a while. I did a deep dive to see what information I could find, and some of the reviews are below. “iHeart doesn't value their employees one bit. It's a culture here. I've heard from multiple employees in multiple positions, high and low, that they feel unappreciated and underpaid, in addition to my personal experience.“ One person went as far to say it was a toxic work environment, and another claimed people were crying in the office because they made it commission only pay.” I do not know if these claims are false or true, but they did have many 1 and 2 star reviews.
