This meme embodies everything that a meme should contain in my humble opinion. I can connect with on a spiritual level that almost cannot be described in words. It has the blurry, unfinished quality that a lot of memes rely on but it freshens it up a bit with the text. Implying that someone must stop lusting after someone or they will end up in horny jail. The use of the word also helps to exaggerate the humor of the meme.
