The politician I chose to cover is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. While looking through her twitter account I noticed that she presented herself in a very professional manner while also speaking about issues that many "normal" twitter users are also speaking about. From reading her tweets I can see exactly where she stands on certain social and economical issues while with other tweets I can infer on her stance or at least have an idea of what she thinking. She also provides a lot of information on whats going on in today's politics. The celebrity I chose to compare her to is the Korean Group BTS. Obviously, the number one thing they differ in is culture and language, however, when looking at the group's twitter account since none of the members have their own, you can see a significant difference. For instance, on BTS' twitter account most of their posts consist of various members posting videos they've taken of themselves or selfies, most of which have a caption where they are thanking the fans or giving a little update on what they are doing. They don't interact very much with others on the platform but they do make many nice posts for their fans which is nice.
