Glassdoor Company Review

I decided to search Amazon to see their employees' satisfaction level. The companies full rating was 3.9 stars. There weren't too many really negative reviews. Most of the employees had a lot of good pros and most of the cons are on the workload is too much. They also bring up the process of going into management as a hard transition. 

I hear a lot more negative stories on social media but the reviews on Glassdoor give a more positive outlook. I am unsure if it is because those employees haven't put in a review through this system. I hear a lot of negative reviews as delivery drives. They bring up that the drives are always understaffed. This contributes to the stress of timely deliveries by the delivery drivers.

77% would recommend to friends, 84% approves of the CEO, 72% have a positive work outlook. For the most part, the employees aren't too displeased with their job at Amazon.
