One Instagram page that I follow is called “TheShadeRoom.” In The Shade Room they share news or better know as tea about what is going on in celebrities life. This page is run by African Americans and that is their intended audience. It is like a community, because if you are not familiar with black stars or social media influencers you probably won’t understand much of what they are talking about. The Shade Room is for the culture and by the culture and truly celebrate and embrace being black in America.
